  • Assistance in developing an evening timeline
  • Assistance in coordinating both Live and silent auction items placement
  • Assistance in targeting the appropriate guest for your event
  • Assistance in Procurement process
  • Assistance with incorporating key revenue streams for event
  • Assistance with Training of organization volunteers
  • Assistance in recognizing key donors
  • Developing a strategy to ensure a successful and profitable event

Day of Event

  • Team arrives 1 hour prior to beginning of event
  • Meet with committee for last minute briefing and review of evening timeline
  • Site evaluation, includes both a sound and lighting check
  • Co-Mc for the evening (This includes any special announcements requested by organization, promoting of event activities, assistance with both silent and raffle items and Ambassador for organizations cause)
  • Training of Live auction volunteers
  • Successful live Auction
  • Professional clerk to record all revenue generated in live portion of event
  • Assistance with any request by client

Post Auction meeting

  • A representative from Zaffarano Auctioneers will meet with event team
  • Meetings are agreed upon by both parties and involve committee volunteers
  • Discussions include successful elements of the event and potential growth areas
